Ningbo Beilun Xinhui Mould Factory was established in 2000 and is a professional manufacturer specializing in the design and production of precision die casting moulds widely applied in multiple industries including new energy & energy storage, automotive & motorcycle, industrial equipment & thermal management, communications, robotics & industrial automation, power tools, fluid control & management, consumer electronics and medical fields.

The company is equipped with a wide range of advanced and efficient facilities, including high-precision CNC machining centers,three-coordinate measuring machine, clamping machines,High-speed EDM machines and medium-speed wire cutting machines.

We manufacture moulds from 280T to 3000T and produce more than 200 sets of moulds annually.

Our team consists of 8 professional designers, 8 engineers and quality control specialists, 10 fitters, and 15 machining technicians.

Equipment and facilities: 

8 CNC machining centers, 5 medium-speed wire cutting machines, 5 EDM machines,1 mould clamping machine(200 ton), 1 three-coordinate measuring machine, 6 overhead cranes, and more than 20 sets of auxiliary equipment(including lathes, grinders, milling machines, and drilling machines).
